Great question. Yes, it is. Though places in dense downtown areas haven't done as well over the last year, more suburban to rural places have had BANNER years. As the world has shifted, so have people's purchasing decisions. Thinking through where people may want to vacation in 2021 and beyond will help you be that much closer to having a successful short-term rental business. 
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TIL I MAKE A PROFIT?
Another great question! Absolutely every place is different so there isn't a boilerplate correct answer. But if you do your market research correctly you should be well on your way to being profitable!
WHAT IF NO ONE RENTS MY AIRBNB?
Again, this question goes back to doing market research. In this course, I completely unpack several different criteria I use when I'm looking to add properties to our portfolio. There are also third-party tools (paid and free) that I'll share with you which allow you to get a revenue estimate from specific areas to neighborhoods and even specific addresses.

That's your biggest line of defense - having a place in a location people want to visit. From there, it's all about some simple furnishing and listing best-practices that I'll share with you in this course.
